Barcelona wonderkid Lamine Yamal posted a picture to social media of him alongside the son of Real Madrid legend Cristiano Ronaldo.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Yamal is currently enjoying a break after leading Spain to Euro 2024 success in July, with the teenager due back for pre-season training at Barcelona later this month. The winger linked up with the son of Cristiano Ronaldo for a picture while on his holidays.

Yamal has enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top, having only made his senior debut in football last year. The 16-year-old has since gone onto play more than 50 games for Barcelona and already has 14 caps for Spain, including playing a key role at Euro 2024.
WHAT YAMAL POSTED

Yamal also posted a snap on an Instagram Story showing him wearing a Brazil shirt, believed to belong to Barca teammate Raphinha, while on a five-a-side pitch with Ronaldo Junior among others.
DID YOU KNOW?

Ronaldo Junior currently plays for Al-Nassr, just like his father, with the 14-year-old featuring for the club's youth team. There is a chance he and Yamal could eventually share a pitch in the future if Ronaldo Jr continues to progress.
